In the autum of 2005, with the help of local organizers in Europe, pandeiro.com produced a series of pandeiro workshops with Sergio Krakowski. 7 workshops were held in 6 countries (England, France, Spain, Sweden, Italy, The Netherlands) and were a huge success. So, we've decided to offer them again in September and October of 2006.

Carlos Malta's Pife Muderno will be performing in Berlin, Germany on Wednesday, September 20th at 20:00hs at the Popkomm festival. This group is full of amazing percussionists! Along with Marcos Suzano and Bernardo Aguiar you will also hear Oscar Bolão and Durval Perreira.

If you're in São Paulo anytime in the next four weeks you will have the opportunity to see one of Brazil's great masters of the pandeiro, Celsinho Silva (visit his bio page). He will be performing with the Samba legend Paulinho da Viola, with whom he has been playing with for approximately the last 20 years.

The shows will start on September 14th and go through October 8th - 4 weeks, Thursday - Sunday each week.
